As Stelle, you can find this item at Pol, Goldie, Tok's Clocks, Jay Jay, Luxe, Barkun, Midsworth, Freiya, Aila, Valpak and Cobweb. You can also rarely find this item enchanted at Knightshade, Hef and Chronos. Lightning Rod can also be obtained from Dr. Vortex.
